Mission Statement.
The goal of the Mayor E. Donald Conroy Scholarship is to identify one high school senior who has, by his or her actions, deemed service to the community in the unselfish spirit exemplified by E. Donald Conroy.
The Mayor E. Donald Conroy Scholarship is an award to a Babylon School District senior, or a Babylon Village resident, who is a high school senior attending a public or private high school, or home schooled, who plans to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university, business school, school of nursing or technical school. The scholarship shall be awarded by the Mayor E. Donald Conroy Scholarship Committee based on its review of an outstanding applicant who has made a contribution through community service.
